Each artwork begins its journey directly from the artist’s studio. We take care of coordination so that the delivery is smooth, predictable and worthy of the work you’ve chosen.

The price you see on the website is the final price for the artwork itself. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, transparently and in advance — no surprises.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide and, in most cases, use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. This means that standard duties and taxes are already taken care of before the artwork reaches you.

In rare cases — usually for high-value artworks — local authorities may apply additional requirements. If that happens, we’ll guide you personally.

Can I return an artwork?

Yes. You can request a return within the legally applicable return period in accordance with our Return Policy.

Returns apply to physical artworks and follow local consumer protection rules. Our team stays close throughout the process to make it calm, clear and respectful.

What if the artwork arrives damaged or isn’t as described?

We’ve got you.

If an artwork arrives damaged, significantly differs from its description, or doesn’t arrive at all, you are protected. We step in, investigate and help resolve the situation — including a refund when appropriate.

Is it safe to pay on ArtXchange?

The artwork price you see on the site is final for the artwork itself. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout.

For most destinations, we ship under DDP terms, meaning standard taxes and duties are already included in the delivery process.

Are there exceptions?

Occasionally, for very high-value artworks or specific destinations, local regulations may require additional steps. These cases are rare — and if they arise, we’ll be in touch personally to guide you through them.
