Helen Mount is a Ukrainian contemporary artist and medical doctor whose practice is shaped by clinical experience, observation, and a deep awareness of human inner states. Trained in medicine, she brings a scientific sensitivity to processes of transformation, resilience, and healing, translating them into a visual language of openness and change. Having moved from a rigid, closed worldview toward a more fluid and expansive perception of reality, Mount approaches painting as both a research-driven and liberating space. She lives and works in Ukraine, where ongoing social and natural transformations continue to inform her artistic vision.

Artistic Practice
Working primarily with large-scale acrylic painting, Mount moves between landscape and abstraction, treating both as emotional and psychological territories. Her work explores transformation as a continuous process — internal and external, subtle and profound. Through ongoing series such as Breathe Slowly and Authentic Desire, she invites viewers to slow down, embrace uncertainty, and reconnect with their inner states. Exhibitions
Helen Mount has participated in numerous group exhibitions and art fairs in Ukraine and internationally. Her work has been presented at major art fairs in Kyiv and Monaco, as well as in curated exhibitions in Switzerland (Zofingen) and Slovenia (Ljubljana). Since 2021, she has consistently taken part in institutional and independent exhibition projects, building a growing international presence.
